** Credit cards will be charged, not just “held” for a guarantee.

Our deposit policy required is the full amount for any stay of 2 days or less. We also require the full amount as the deposit on Holiday Weekends. Longer stays require approximately ½ of the total stay as the deposit.

Our cancellation policy is: If you need to cancel, for any reason, you will need to give us at least 14 days notice prior to arrival. If you have given us at least 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 service charge.
